Spooky Halloween Village on Display in Plaza Building
Visit the eerie world of Spooky Hallow, a lighted halloween village display presented by the Windsor Jaycees located at 290 Broad Street in Windsor (in the Plaza building). Free Admission. Donations for the Windsor Food and Fuel Bank accepted.
This is a private collection owned by Halloween fanatics Robert Niederwerfer and Darlene Fournier. The display consists of approximately 300 lighted buildings, plus numerous accessories and figurines, encompassing many different series. Though we have created Halloween village displays for the public in the past, this is our largest one yet. Even so, roughly 20-25% of our collection will not be on display.
Our display is open to the public free of charge. We do this to share our passion, and insanity, for Halloween. This year we are pleased to have a student of the Pierson House, a transitional program for special ed students, designing and building a scene.
