The Windsor Chamber of Commerce will hold its February "Business After Hours" networking event at Valassis, Inc. located at One Targeting Cenre in Windsor on Wednesday, February 20th from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.  Attendees will have the chance to introduce themselves and to the group in addition to general networking.

Valassis, Inc., formerly Advo, provides highly targeted direct mail advertising services including coupons by newspaper, online and mail.
