J. Morrissey & Company, a Greater Hartford CT based full-service executive search, staffing and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of four new employees to the company and Engineering and Manufacturing practice to the Technology Services Group. This is a new service line for the firm which will serve Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Craig Skorupski and Chris Craaybeek have recently come onboard to develop this business, bringing with them over ten years of recruiting experience in this field.

Both Craig and Chris have a successful recruiting track record with engineering and manufacturing clients throughout the area, partnering with them to matching qualified professionals to their staffing needs. They specialize in direct hire searches and contract assignments.

J. Morrissey also welcomes Keith Varriale as the new Director of Accounting & Finance and Office Services. Keith has over fourteen years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, including leadership roles with an international staffing firm along with corporate staffing experience. While specializing in the recruitment of finance, tax, and audit professionals, Keith is also experienced in the areas of human resources, office/administration, and legal. He is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

At J. Morrissey, Keith oversees service groups that specialize in direct hire and temporary/contract assignments in accounting, finance and office support.

Keith graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

And Liz Ackerman has joined the Technology Services Group at J. Morrissey & Company as a senior account manager. She is responsible for overseeing the full sales life-cycle, assisting new clients and developing existing accounts. In addition to managing new business and relationship development, Liz provides contract, contract to hire and direct hire it solutions to her many clients and candidates. She is also involved in many IT organizations in the staffing industry; sponsoring the IIBA, and attending SNEC PMI and The Hartford Executive IT and CIO forum meetings.
