The Center offers the following fitness activities, classes and programs. Please call us at 860-627-1425 for further information. Also, the Fitness Center membership packets are available at the Center, it’s time to get fit and stay fit!!! 

Monday- Water Fitness, 12pm, Candlewood Suites, 6wk session ~ $30

Tuesday– Aerobics Class, 8:30-9am, 24 classes ~$55 (Tuesday & Thursday)

Computer Class, 9am, 8 week session~ $20

Wednesday–Tai Chi, 9am, $3/class

Thursday– Yoga, 10am, 10 week session~ $50

Zumba Gold, 4pm, 10 week session ~$50 (FIRST CLASS FREE~ 2/9)

Friends of the Center’ Craft Class, 1pm, supplies provided, no fee

Friday- Chair Yoga, 11:30am, 10 week session ~$50 (FIRST CLASS FREE ~ 2/3)

Computer Class, 9am, 8 week session~ $20

 And…. Monthly Nutrition Class, Wii bowling on Wednesday and Friday mornings, Bingo every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, Monthly Footcare & Hearing Checks, and much more.

Other Events in February :

 Senator John Kissel will host an open forum at the Center on Thursday, February 16th at 11 am for a discussion on the 2012 legislative session and the issues most likely to be debated. Please stop by and share your thoughts.

Coffee with the Selectman on February 9that 10:30 a.m., winter fest February 11th, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. lunch and bingo! Movie Matinee Monday February 13th 12:30 featuring “Leap Year”.

A “Polish” Valentine Extravaganza on February 14th 11:30 a.m. Enjoy a polish feast while we celebrate Valentine’s Day. Music, games, prizes and Ugly Valentine Sweater/Shirt contest.

AARP tax-aide begins on February 6 and will run every Monday thru March. Call to schedule an appointment.
